Guides & FAQs

START WITH
WHAT YOU KNOW.

A short list, a few kart details and a clear photo can help us understand what you need. Use these checklists to get started.

02 / Practice & race events

CHECK THE SETUP.
CHECK THE RULES.

A part that fits your kart may still be subject to class or event requirements. Check the current technical regulations, event supplementary regulations and official bulletins before choosing parts for competition.

Practice & testing

Start with the session.

Tell us whether you are preparing for independent practice, testing or an official event session. Official event practice may also be subject to the series’ tyre and equipment rules.

Race events

Follow the organiser.

Controlled race-event tyres are outside the Gridside catalogue. Follow the relevant organiser’s tyre ordering, allocation and marking process. Engines, sealed assemblies and restricted engine components are also outside this catalogue.

Official UAE series resources

Use the organiser’s latest documents and ask the organiser or scrutineer to resolve eligibility questions.

03 / Ordering & enquiries

GOOD QUESTIONS.
CLEAR ANSWERS.

Something else on your list? Email ams@gridside.ae or use the WhatsApp button.

Can I place an order now?

Gridside is taking enquiries while launch supply is finalised. Send your requirements and we can discuss the specification. An enquiry is not an order; availability, terms and timing must be agreed first.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

You’ll see a confirmation on the page. We’ll then review your list and reply to the email address you provided with any questions, availability and next steps. The exact items, pricing and fulfilment arrangements are agreed before an order.

Are the catalogue items in stock?

The catalogue shows the general product categories we are preparing for launch. It does not show live stock. We’ll confirm the specific item and availability before you commit to an order.

Will every item fit my IAME or Rotax kart?

Fitment depends on the engine model, chassis, dimensions and component specification. Chains, rear sprockets and chain-service products are for chain-driven karts. Share your setup and existing part details; do not assume compatibility from the engine brand alone.

Can Gridside supply my championship race tyres?

Controlled race-event tyres are not offered in this catalogue. Use the relevant organiser’s purchasing and allocation process. The official series resources above explain where to find the current requirements.

What about collection or delivery?

Tell us your location and target date when you enquire. Any collection or delivery arrangements will be confirmed individually before an order is agreed.

Can I send several items together?

Yes. Use the parts-list enquiry form to add items, quantities and notes. You can also paste an existing list into your message. Share whatever details you have; we can clarify the rest with you.

What if I do not know the part number?

A short description and clear photos are a useful starting point. Follow the identification checklist and send photos through WhatsApp. If you have already sent an enquiry, include the email address you used.
