Guides & FAQs
A few useful details make a better enquiry. Start with your setup, identify the part, and check any event requirements.
01 / Start with the specification
You do not need every answer to get in touch. Send what you know, along with clear photos where useful.
Engine model, chassis make and model, and your class. “IAME” or “Rotax” alone may not identify the right part.
Include any part number, dimensions or markings. For chains, share pitch and link count; for rear sprockets, share pitch, tooth count and mounting details.
Tell us how many you need and your target date. Include your location if you would like to discuss collection or delivery.
Send an overall view and a close-up of any label or marking through WhatsApp. Photos help with identification; fitment still needs to be confirmed.

A part that fits your kart may still be subject to class or event requirements. Check the current technical regulations, event supplementary regulations and official bulletins before choosing parts for competition.

03 / Ordering & enquiries
Something else on your list? Email ams@gridside.ae or use the WhatsApp button.
Gridside is taking enquiries while launch supply is finalised. Send your requirements and we can discuss the specification. An enquiry is not an order; availability, terms and timing must be agreed first.
After the form service accepts your submission, the page displays “Enquiry submitted” and the email address you provided. We’ll review your requirements and reply by email. If the form cannot confirm submission, it keeps your details and offers an email fallback.
The catalogue shows the general product categories we are preparing for launch. It does not show live stock. We’ll confirm the specific item and availability before you commit to an order.
Fitment depends on the engine model, chassis, dimensions and component specification. Chains, rear sprockets and chain-service products are for chain-driven karts. Share your setup and existing part details; do not assume compatibility from the engine brand alone.
Controlled race-event tyres are not offered in this catalogue. Use the relevant organiser’s purchasing and allocation process. The official series resources above explain where to find the current requirements.
Tell us your location and target date when you enquire. Any collection or delivery arrangements will be confirmed individually before an order is agreed.
Yes. Send your part references, dimensions, quantities and clear photos to Gridside on WhatsApp. Include your engine model and class where relevant.
